These terms apply to use of the New Phase Solutions (NPS) website and its enquiry tools. A quotation, order or service agreement may contain additional terms specific to the services you purchase.
Website information
Service descriptions are general information, not a binding quotation or a promise that every option is available at every location. We aim to keep information accurate and may update it as services change. Please confirm requirements and availability directly with NPS before relying on a description.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting the quote form requests a conversation or proposal; it does not place an order or create a service contract. An acknowledgement that an enquiry has been saved does not mean it has been approved, priced or delivered. Scope, pricing, applicable taxes, payment terms, installation, delivery and support commitments must be confirmed in the relevant quotation or agreement.
Internet & Data availability
Fibre, microwave, LTE, 4G and 5G services depend on coverage, feasibility, network conditions and compatible equipment. Advertised maximum speeds are not guaranteed at all locations or at all times. Dedicated bandwidth, uptime targets, installation lead times and service-level commitments apply only where expressly confirmed in your agreed proposal or service agreement.
AI suggestions
The optional IT needs assistant provides automated suggestions, not professional advice, a technical diagnosis or a binding proposal. Output can be incomplete or incorrect. NPS must review the suitability of a recommendation. Do not include passwords or sensitive information in descriptions or enquiries.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate enquiry details. Do not impersonate another person, submit malicious content or spam, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the website or its enquiry tools.
Content and linked services
NPS branding and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Do not copy or reuse protected materials commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their content, availability and terms are governed by their operators.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website enquiries and information submitted to the AI assistant.
Availability and legal rights
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access or error-free automated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer or data-protection rights where South African law does not permit that limitation. These website terms do not replace any agreed service contract.
